MakoExpert Ltd Sectors of Work
From the years the success of MakoExpert has prompted us to expand our skills and capabilities, and as a result, we have entered new construction industry sectors. We manage our sector expansion with care, ensuring that we accept commissions only when we have the skills and people in place to deliver the level of MakoExpert service that our customers have come to expect.
We have a wealth of experience across the commercial sector acquired over many years. We have decorated major office developments from low rise, low key construction to high rise landmark buildings in London, from data halls to industrial warehousing. As a result we have acquired special skill sets that take our project management and delivery well beyond the norm.
MakoExpert brings as much care and attention along with experience to the residential sector, as it does to large commercial projects. We refurbish and decorate private homes and country houses, we undertake work in stately homes, mansions and manor houses, in addition to private estates and homes for the elderly where accommodating the needs of residents is an essential part of any contract. We bring detailed management and fine craftsmanship to every project, large and small.
MakoExpert has an extremely strong record of working in the hotel sector. Our major projects include the decoration of stylish new boutique and luxury hotels and the careful refurbishment of historic landmark venues requiring specialist skills and treatments. We deploy highly experienced teams to work within construction programmes that invariably prove to be very demanding and require a flexible approach to ensure projects complete on time.
We are accustomed to tailoring our operations to suit the needs of schools staff and pupils alike in order to carry out both internal and external decorations to the tightest of timetables, in and out of term time. This applies as much to schools, colleges and universities as it does to academies and training centres - we have successful project experience of them all.
We are proud to have worked on some of the most famous buildings and structures that reflect the country’s rich cultural heritage. These projects are always challenging and put our painting skills and attention to detail to the severest of tests, which we pass with flying colours. We are fully aware of the particular needs of premises that are open to the public, such as galleries, museums and theatres, and the requirement for work to be carried out often whilst they remain open. An overriding concern is to ensure the safety of visitors without compromising the quality of the finish, so we liaise very closely with facilities managers to devise and implement work schedules keeping disruption to a minimum.
We have been working also across the retail sector. In several instances when decorating must be carried out without interrupting trading, we schedule our operations to take place out of normal business hours, enabling shopping centres, department stores and their associated multi-storey car parks to continue as normal during refurbishment, and with everything back in working order for morning opening. to add your own text and edit me. We are heavily involved with development projects in both the public and private sectors, including affordable housing as well as urban developments. We maintain the same consistent quality of workmanship throughout all projects, and our flexible workforce of experienced operatives enables us to meet the tightest deadlines.
